These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Call Center Codes web application ('the Tool'), operated by ArcLight Strategies ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'). By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tool.
1. Description of Service
Call Center Codes is a free, browser-based reference tool that provides NATO phonetic alphabet spellings for names and words entered by the user. No account creation or personal information is required to use the Tool.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Tool for lawful, personal, and professional purposes, including use in a call center or customer service environment. You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Tool; (b) use automated scripts or bots to access the Tool in a manner that disrupts service; (c) use the Tool for any unlawful purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
The Tool, including its design, code, and content, is the property of ArcLight Strategies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The NATO phonetic alphabet itself is a public standard published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and is not owned by ArcLight Strategies.
4. No Warranties
THE TOOL IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE TOOL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE TOOL IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCLIGHT STRATEGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE TOOL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Privacy
The Tool does not collect personally identifiable information. Names entered into the Tool are processed entirely in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. We may use standard web analytics (e.g., page view counts) to understand aggregate usage. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Third-Party Links
The Tool may contain links to ArcLight Strategies' website and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
